All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment.
Please note that during peak periods such as new collection launches, promotions, and sales, order processing may take up to 10 working days due to high demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your delivery details.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Goldyn Adams is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed over for delivery.

Returns Policy
We accept returns for a refund only if the item is returned within 10 days of receiving your order, provided it meets all the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• It must be in its original condition
• All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
• The item must be free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, or damage
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
